DULAGLUTIDE 10MG

Dulaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, the active ingredient in the FDA-approved brand-name drug Trulicity (and also found in Trulicity’s newer high-dose formulations). It’s an injectable prescription medication used to manage type 2 diabetes and, in some formulations, for weight management.

Approved uses / mechanism:

• Mimics the incretin hormone GLP-1, which stimulates insulin release, suppresses glucagon, slows gastric emptying, and reduces appetite.

• Approved for improving blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes, and in some formulations for cardiovascular risk reduction in patients with type 2 diabetes and established heart disease.

Important flag on “10mg”:
This dose doesn’t match standard dulaglutide dosing. Trulicity is dosed weekly at 0.75mg, 1.5mg, 3mg, or 4.5mg per injection — there’s no standard 10mg formulation of legitimate dulaglutide that I’m aware of. If you’re listing a product at 10mg, a few possibilities to check:

• It could be a compounded or research-chemical version, which would carry the same purity/safety concerns as the peptides above — no regulatory oversight, no verified dosing accuracy.

• It could be a labeling error (mixing up mg with mL, or with a multi-dose vial’s total content vs. per-injection dose).

• If genuinely a novel 10mg dose, that would be outside approved prescribing information and worth confirming with a legitimate source.

Regardless of dose, key caveats for any product listing:

• Dulaglutide is prescription-only in legitimate markets — any product description implying over-the-counter or self-directed use without medical supervision misrepresents how it’s meant to be used.

• Side effects (GI issues, pancreatitis risk, thyroid tumor warnings in animal studies) and dosing require physician oversight.
