MAZDUTIDE 10MG

Mazdutide is an investigational peptide developed by Innovent Biologics (in partnership with Eli Lilly in some markets) that acts as a dual GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist. It’s in the same broad drug class as approved GLP-1 drugs like semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic) and tirzepatide (Zepbound/Mounjaro), but with a different combination of receptor targets.

Research background / development status:

• It’s being studied for type 2 diabetes and obesity/weight management, with the dual GLP-1/glucagon mechanism theorized to help with both blood sugar control and increased energy expenditure (via the glucagon receptor component), on top of the appetite suppression from GLP-1 activity.

• It has completed Phase 3 trials in China and has shown weight-loss results in published trial data, but as of now it is not FDA-approved in the US or approved by most other major regulators — it remains an investigational drug outside China.

• Given it’s still in the approval pipeline rather than approved on the open market, any “10mg” product you’re seeing is very likely coming from a research-chemical or gray-market source, not a regulated pharmacy.

Important caveats:

• Since it’s investigational, there’s no established consumer-facing dosing regimen, and any product sold outside a clinical trial or approved-market pharmacy carries the same purity/quality-control uncertainty as the peptides earlier in this conversation.

• GLP-1/glucagon dual agonists as a class can have GI side effects (nausea, vomiting), and glucagon receptor activity specifically can affect blood sugar regulation in ways that need medical monitoring.
