KLOW isn’t a single peptide — it’s a branded blend combining several peptides that are typically sold together as a “stack” in the research-chemical/peptide community. The name is an acronym for its components:

• K – KPV (the anti-inflammatory tripeptide covered above)

• L – BPC-157 (“body protection compound,” a synthetic peptide derived from a fragment of a protein found in gastric juice, studied for tissue and gut healing)

• O – GHK-Cu (a copper-binding peptide naturally found in human plasma, studied for skin/wound healing and collagen synthesis)

• W – TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied for tissue repair and flexibility)

Research background:

• Each individual peptide has some preclinical (mostly animal) research behind it — largely around tissue repair, wound healing, gut lining integrity, and anti-inflammatory effects.

• The rationale behind combining them is that they’re thought to work on complementary pathways (inflammation, collagen synthesis, tissue regeneration), so proponents market the blend as a broader “healing stack.”

• There is essentially no clinical trial data on the combined blend itself — the evidence base, such as it is, comes from studies on the individual components in isolation, mostly in animals.

Important caveats:

• None of the four components are FDA-approved for human use. All are sold as research chemicals, “not for human consumption.”
